Market Research Coordinator

Description

You’re driven, resourceful, and above all else – remarkably smart.

In this role, you will support the execution of market research projects, either with external vendors or internal panels of expert industry advisors, while educating and supporting consultants in the use of these vendors/panel for quantitative market research projects. You will:

• Partner with market research project owners to define project requirements, establish priorities, and manage project timelines.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings, interpret project requirements, assess recruitment feasibility, and maintain project information forms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between advisors from our internal expert panel and project teams.
• Collect and maintain required panelist documentation, including financial documents, agreements, consent forms, and other applicable records. Support the processing of honoraria.
• Ensure panelist inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to and support policies, procedures, and training requirements to ensure compliance with applicable market research regulations, privacy requirements, and industry standards.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with panelists and external vendors.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working with market research tools such as Qualtrics
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong customer service focus, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted department
• Fluency in English
