Reconciliation Specialist

You are looking to be a communications change maker. 

In this role, you will assist the program specialists and program managers in processing key financial data across multiple meetings. The Reconciliation Specialist will be managing expense reimbursement payments, creating open payments/transparency reports, and creating and updates budgets as needed and may be managing execution of physician consulting agreements speaker bureau and live or virtual meetings. You will: 

• Manage consulting agreements between pharmaceutical company and physician institution
• Ensure client guidelines and business rules are followed
• Process and code vendor invoices through AP

 Essential Requirements:

• Minimum associate degree or equal work experience
• 2 years’ business experience    

 Desired Requirements:

• Microsoft Office
• Mastery and common sense of Excel is in your blood – Yes Proficiency!
